Hi Sonne 10!
Ich bin auch bei Ferticare in Prag.
Bei mir wird es grad etwas komplizierter - ich bin sehr gespannt wie Ferticare damit umgeht ?!

Hi Sonne 10!

What's getting complicated?
Good morning !
I was supposed to be in Prague right now to insert the first blasto.
I never had a mucosal problem "before" - it was always between 10 and 12 mm... now it was only 6.7 (apparently also a sign of age 😫)....
Ferticare then said they don't go below 8mm, which I think is ok.
I was then given a new plan for the next month with a medication to build up the mucous membrane.
The plan was also set up in such a way that it would be inserted in the "artificial" (hormonal) cycle to make everything easier to plan.
It would be ok if I didn't have a delayed implantation window in the "artificial" cycle - ERA test 181 hours.
I told the doctor this at the initial consultation in Prague and so we agreed on a "natural cycle" with a trigger injection only.
I have now pointed this out twice and have also sent in my ERA results. I don't have any postponement in the natural cycle (was also tested).
I asked the coordinator to discuss this with the doctor - so my wish - natural cycle with medication to build up the mucous membrane.
I also asked again whether it had already been discussed ... no answer - they always reply immediately ????
It's just difficult for me not to have a doctor as a contact person - at my KiWu clinic in Düsseldorf I could send my doctor a quick email or ask for a telephone appointment ....
I am curious ...
I have sent you a PN
Hi Purehaven,
I'm also on Ferticare and I just can't get an appointment with a doctor. Three TFs didn't work for me, I've also had further tests in the meantime (e.g. immunology), but they still do the same thing or I have to say specifically what other medication I want to take, then the coordinator writes it down on the schedule. But I have already asked for a doctor's appointment x times and never get an appointment. I have already been given an appointment, I have made time off work so that I can make a phone call, I have waited over an hour for the call and have not received a call from the doctor. There was also no response to my email to the coordinator about my displeasure and that I would like a new appointment.
I am therefore looking for another clinic that can also respond to you individually and where you can always make an appointment with a doctor if necessary.
Kind regards
Sun
Hello sun 10,
You too at Ferticare😉...
As I have already written, the only way I know it from Germany is that I always !!! got an appointment with the doctor ... in person or "online".
I don't have such a great feeling right now either, as I've already mentioned, but I don't want to judge too early.
What you're reporting somehow doesn't surprise me 😬 ... and I know it's soooooooo frustrating!!!!
As I mentioned a few weeks ago, we went to see IVI Valencia in January and my husband had already left sperm there. Thank God we hadn't signed the contract yet, because the coordinator there showed this ignorant behavior right after the initial consultation and that's when I said "stop".
So I can't really recommend a clinic to you - just from reading along here in the forum, my feeling is that IVI Mallorca may have a different, namely positive, approach. But I always find that as long as everything goes smoothly and there is quick success, there are usually no problems or frustrations ...
I would be interested to know, for example, which protocol Ferticare seems to have used with you "again and again" and also one or two other details - I would write you another PN!

Good morning
I was at IVI Mallorca and was very satisfied.
My little miracle will be 11 months old on Monday.
The clinic, the doctor and all the staff were very competent and friendly.
We also had conversations with the doctor via Zoom call or telephone. He and his assistant were always available by email. There was always an answer within a day, sometimes even after 20 minutes.
Incidentally, it took me 2 attempts.
And I had a different treatment plan for the 2nd attempt than for the 1st transfer.
(Diagnoses: hyperthyroidism, premature menopause, endometriosis)
Hello JuliaC,
thank you for your feedback!
As I also have endimetriosis, I am of course interested in your two different treatment plans!
I would also be interested to know how many blastos you had at IVI Mallorca, how quickly a donor was found and were the doctors willing to talk to you during the treatment process if you had the need?
As already written in many places, I just felt "screwed" by IVI Valencia ...
We then went to Ferticare in Prague and our Blastos are now ready there ... we will start in the next cycle - BUT I don't find the communication there so easy either!
LG
I can only agree with JuliaC, we were/are at IVI Mallorca. Our son is 2 and I'm now 14 weeks pregnant with my sibling. We are very happy with the care we received.
Back then we had 10 eggs, 8 blastos and 2 of them are my son and the little worm. We still have 6 on ice, but these will no longer be used 😅
Hey Sunny 82, that sounds great 🤗👍🏼!
Thanks for the feedback!
Hello Purehaeven,
roughly speaking:
1st treatment plan: a pill to induce abortive bleeding, Progynova, Prolutex, L-thyroxine, Clexane....
On the 2nd attempt, I was also given ASA, prednisolone, doxycycline before starting and Vagisan lactic acid bacteria.
I am tall, blonde and have blue eyes.
The donor was found after about 10 weeks.
I had 11 blastos.
Yes, the doctor was always available and always replied to my emails (always within a day... sometimes even within an hour... even at the weekend!).
If I needed a telephone appointment... that was the case between the first and second attempt, for example, I wrote to my doctor's assistant and had a telephone appointment within 1-2 days.
I wish you all the best and keep my fingers crossed for you!
Hopefully everything will go better from now on!
LG
Thank you JuliaC for your information!
It all sounds very gut👍🏼...
Hello everyone,
I am also undergoing treatment in Prague & am currently at Tf+6 after the 2nd transfer.
Unfortunately, I have a really bad feeling & believe that it hasn't worked out again.
I'm also annoyed by the running after things & the plan according to a scheme F without consultation. Things that have been discussed (e.g. intolerances and allergies) are simply forgotten and the wrong medication is back in the plan.... Suddenly the coordinator is on vacation, no one is standing in & you have to deal with the fact (according to negative BT) that the prescriptions don't arrive on time. The feeling is: either they don't care about me (as soon as I've paid) or they don't believe in success themselves....
In any case, I'm thinking about whether I'll even have EZ 3 inserted there if it doesn't work again now...
I had decided in favor of the EZS because the chances of success should be higher with it & not to have to put up with these setbacks forever...
I'm also thinking about IVI Mallorca, if only because of the accessibility.
@ Julia: How did it work out for you with the appointments on site? Do you get enough notice & can you find a plane on time?
sonne: Greetings to you! I think we already know each other?
Best regards
Bina
Bine We are very sorry if you have had a bad experience, unfortunately we have been hearing this more and more often recently.
But for now, we'll keep our fingers crossed that it worked out for you.

Hello Bina,
are you also at Ferticare😩?!
Somehow the feedback from Prague isn't really great right now.
When it comes to EZS, all women/couples usually have a long difficult path behind them and then you can't use what you write (I know it too) ....
IVI Mallorca seems to work really professionally and will certainly soon experience a "run" here from the forum😉...
LG
Hello dear Bina8, I am very sorry that you have to make this experience there.
Perhaps Spain is actually the better, albeit more expensive, option. I myself was in Madrid, sometimes I had to ask a lot myself, but on the whole I always got my answers. I have recently contacted the clinic again as we have one last attempt open (we had two PGA tested healthy blastos and one of them is our daughter). In the meantime, there is a new German-speaking coordinator and she always answers quite quickly, she also offered me a doctor's consultation by phone promptly and so I am currently quite satisfied.
I've also heard positive things about IVI Mallorca 😀 I think it's so important to trust your gut feeling instead of throwing more money at them. Good luck to you in the future.
Hello Bina8,
first of all, I'll keep my fingers crossed that it did work out!
If not, I can really only recommend Ivi Mallorca and Dr. Naether!
Yes, I knew early enough. I was able to choose my own transfer day.
On 15.12. I discussed everything with Dr. Naehter again by phone and indicated that I would like the transfer on 23.1. (transfer days Monday and Tuesday)
And then he drew up my treatment plan. I was then able to arrange everything in peace, book flights etc.
And as there are always flights to Malle, I never had to worry.
Kind regards
