No response to stimulation

    Hello, dear team, our journey has now been going on for 4 years. We’ve already had 3 IUI procedures and now 3 IVF/ICSI cycles as well.

    My AMH has been at 0.77 for a year, though surprisingly, the most recent result was 1.5. I am 36 years old. The three IVF stimulation cycles went as follows:

    1st IVF: Meriofert stimulation, 5 follicles, 2 eggs retrieved, 2 fertilized eggs, 1 blastocyst was frozen but unfortunately did not survive thawing.

    2. IVF: Elonva stimulation: No follicles/egg retrieval; stimulation was discontinued.

    3. IVF: 8 follicles visible; therefore, Meriofert was tried again. During the ultrasound, only 1 follicle had grown sufficiently, so stimulation was discontinued.

    We don’t know what to do next. We’d now like to try a fourth cycle with Clomiphene.

    I’ve been pregnant naturally once so far (after 3 years), but unfortunately I started bleeding around the 6th week and had a miscarriage.

    I’m asking for advice. <3

    In order to give you a well-informed recommendation, we’re missing important information such as your age (a very important factor in female fertility), sperm quality, an assessment of the uterine lining, etc.

    My best advice would be not to rely solely on medical advice: What does your fertility clinic say?
