Fertilysis test

    Dear team of experts,

    Are you familiar with the Female Microme Test from Fertilysis? It analyzes the microbiome of the endometrium using a sample of menstrual blood. Can it work?

    As you can collect blood at home (without a doctor's visit and biopsy), it is much easier for us women to organize than Emma/Alice.

    Unfortunately, I have no experience with this type of testing. However, I find it difficult to imagine how to correctly determine the microbiome of the mucous membrane of the mother using blood analysis.

    I noticed in my transfer reports yesterday that the endometrium was 7.8 mm on the day of the transfer and 16 mm on the second transfer. How can this happen? I had the same artificial cryoprotocol for 21 days both times.

    What thickness should you aim for?

    The endometrial thickness was measured both times before the start of progesterone and it was beautifully three-layered before the start of progesterone. At the first transfer 8.8 mm on day 14 and then 7.8 mm at transfer (day 21). Second transfer 9.6 mm on day 14 and 16 mm on day 21.


    I wonder if maybe the first transfer was only measured to the midline (there were two different doctors). Then I would have had about 16 mm for both transfers, but isn't that already too thick?

    P.s.: Today (cycle 12) my endometrium was already at 11 mm and trilaminar, i.e. significantly faster than in the previous cycles. I am now supposed to take progesterone for 120 hours from Wednesday and the EndomeTrioTest from Igenomix will be done on Monday. Does it help if the endometrium already reacts so differently to oestrogen?
