I just wanted to recommend a really sweet book to you: "Wunschkinder und Glücksboten".
We had a consultation with Ms. Julia König back then - the consultation was really valuable for us. She also showed us the book and my daughter loves it. We read it again and again because she loves looking at it.
It is lovingly illustrated and explained in a child-friendly way, and is perfect for children aged between 3 and 6. You can even stick in your own photos or ultrasound pictures, which we found particularly nice.
