Hi everyone, maybe you can help me. My doctor was a bit stumped today. So far, we’ve only done frozen embryo transfers, and I react very poorly to vaginal progesterone. With 400 mg suppositories three times a day, my blood levels on transfer day were always only around 5, and I lost several embryos because of that—if it wasn’t due to something else. Now, since the last frozen embryo transfer, we know that I have to take additional Prolutex injections starting one day before transfer to reach 11 ng. This time, we’re planning a fresh embryo transfer, but the doctor was a bit stumped on how we should dose the progesterone now. Do you have any experience with this? Maybe the same way as for the frozen embryo transfer? Unfortunately, I can’t get my blood drawn at the clinic because it’s too far away.
