I had a blastocyst transfer 4 days ago. The two previous transfers were both without implantation, with the first cryotransfer I only had 5.0ng progesterone on the transfer day. The second transfer was a fresh transfer and progesterone was not measured. Now I wanted to start injecting from the beginning but the doctors wanted me to take 400mg vaginally 3 times a day instead of 2x. To be on the safe side, I had my progesterone checked one day before the transfer and it was only 7.7ng. That's why I started injecting prolutex on the same day and was at 60ng on the day of the transfer. Now to my question... Should I be afraid that the mucosa was not properly converted and not yet receptive if it was not constantly exposed to >10ng or is it particularly important when the progesterone administration was started and could the readjustment one day before the transfer have saved it?
Thank you very much for your assessment, I am so afraid that I have put the last embryo at risk because I could not assert myself ![]()
