Dear team, I became pregnant with our son 2 years ago during our 1st transfer. We have been undergoing treatment again for the sibling since November but there was no more implantation with 2 ICSIs. The clinic thinks this is still within the norm and doesn't want any further diagnostics. I am 37 and had a somewhat complicated caesarean section and a small isthmocele. Now I'm afraid that this might be the cause. I am currently taking doxycycline because of an ENT infection that got better immediately. Prescribed for 10 days. Now I've read that it can also be used to treat chronic endometritis and I'm wondering whether I should extend the antibiotic to 14 days... prophylactically. But would I then have to take it until shortly before the transfer? What do you think? Will taking antibiotics directly harm the upcoming transfer? I am taking probiotics at the same time. The next transfer would be in about 16 days.
Thank you very much !!!
