Dear experts,
I am naturally pregnant after ten days of taking Letrozole (transfer was actually planned, but the KiWu clinic said that the mucous membrane looked too bad, just under 6 mm and not an ideal build-up, so I should cancel the cycle) - but after two large follicles were seen in the ultrasound, it was worth a try for me and then, crazily, it worked through intercourse. I have been taking 4 mg of Progynova (1-0-1) every day since one day before the presumed ovulation, all vaginally. I take Utrogest 400 (also 1-0-1) vaginally, with a time delay, usually Progynova at 8/20, progesterone only around 11/23.
Are there any concerns that taking Progynova vaginally could harm the embryo? I could of course take Progynova orally, but so far I have not dared to change the protocol in order not to risk a miscarriage.
Thank you for your advice!
