Hello,
we are both 39 and have a healthy 4 year old son who was born naturally.
We have been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years.
Findings: HLA matching 20%, increased killer cells, varicocele on both sides in my husband, now we have had the tunnel test carried out and there is a 46% DNA fragmentation.
1st ICSI 6 eggs, 4 mature, only 1 fertilized.
2nd ICSI 6 eggs, 6 mature, all fertilized, 1 blastocyst. (Eggs were frozen because of a polyp) 3 were destroyed during thawing. Aids Calium ionophore + zymot chamber
3 ICSI 6 oocytes, 4 mature, 2 fertilized, aid: calium ionophore + zymot chamber
4. ICSI 2 EZ, 1 overripe, 1 fertilized, stopped on day 1
We now don't know how to proceed. We suspect that the main problem is the varicocele. Is surgery the best solution here or can something else also lead to success?
What else can we do here?
Thank you very much.
