Hello
I have now had my first ICSI and five blastocysts have resulted from it. Three didn't implant at all, one was a diaper egg and the other was a biochemical pregnancy.
I had a hysteroscopy in 2023. This revealed endometriosis, which was also removed. I've had everything else checked that can be done at the fertility clinic - everything is fine.
I don't even know what else I should do or what I can do at all. According to the clinic, the blastocysts were of very good quality, so I don't understand why they still can't implant properly.
The endo operation was two years ago - do you think I should have another operation? Or what else could I do
