Dear team of doctors,
I am currently between two treatments with a change of clinic and have been prescribed a light HRT by my gynecologist to keep my uterus "fit". I am taking two doses of Lenzetto for 14 days followed by 2 doses of Lenzetto plus 200 mg Famenita for 14 days, but during the one-week break I only have very light spotting. My gynaecologist increased the progesterone to 400 mg a month ago, but again nothing seems to be happening, I'm just waiting for the bleeding... With Estrofem, the mucous membrane build-up for the transfers always worked perfectly, but due to the many transfers (and perhaps also due to temporary ostrogen dominance) I have developed a slight endometriosis, which was successfully operated on in June.
What would you recommend to keep the mucous membrane active? Is Lenzetto too weak?
I wish you a good start to the week! Oskar
