Egg donation = caesarean section

I believe that this is really often due to age and the associated problems. The difficulties and risks at the end are then simply higher, so that it's probably more often advised to have a CS.

I had my first EZS at 34 and was never advised to have a CS. After 22 hours of labor, 2 of which were pushing contractions, I did have one, but simply because nothing was progressing. It wasn't planned.

I would also say that it is individual. I gave birth vaginally at 43 through egg donation and was not advised to have a caesarean section. It may also depend on the doctor ....

I had my first child at 40 from EZS. The birth was induced with medication and ended with a suction cup delivery. In the meantime, I had pleaded for a CS, but had said in the preliminary talk that I didn't really want that. And so they convinced me not to try a CS straight away. Even though the vacuum cup wasn't great, I'm still glad that I was able to give birth vaginally.

I gave birth to my first child spontaneously vaginally after EZS when I was almost 34, without any problems and without any interventions.

The doctors estimate this depending on the risk, e.g. whether you have gestational diabetes, age, EZS (a risk in itself), etc. I had an operation on my uterus and was advised to have a CS immediately afterwards.

Basically, however, I think that every woman should be allowed to give birth the way she wants to

In my case, the caesarean section was also mainly induced by myoma surgery with scarring. Age was another factor. I certainly wouldn't have "chosen" it otherwise

In the end, the baby was also lying transversely and the placenta was fused...it was a good thing that I had "peculiarities".
