Good morning lovelies!
I'm currently in my personal nightmare cycle
I'm on day 37 today and still haven't ovulated - at least according to the cycle curve. I'm afraid I've ruined my cycle with monk's pepper. I had started it in that cycle (since stopped again).
I went to my gynecologist because I had light spotting from cycle 21 - 30. She didn't see much in the ultrasound - but at least no cyst either. The mucous membrane was not highly developed. She thought my theory that I could have shot up my cycle was nonsense. She even told me to take monk's pepper to get my cycle regular again. She also said that I could stop my cycle with Duphaston to start a new cycle. She also suggested a diagnosis of progesterone deficiency (due to severe PMS) and prescribed me progesterone for the second half of my cycle.
But I am totally unsure whether I should just give my body time? Has anyone had any experience, heard anything, tips?
Cycle shot - help?!

Dear little girl,
That sounds to me like age-related cycle difficulties, your uterine lining is not building up properly, you don't seem to be ovulating.
Are you attending a KiWu clinic? Do you want a child? In my experience, a permanent progesterone deficiency should be better substituted, as progesterone has a protective effect.
Best regards! Oskar

I would get professional advice if I wanted to have children! Hormone check etc in a good Kiwi clinic...

kleinstadtmadel Why monk's pepper? Who told you that? Unfortunately, you can ruin a lot with things like this, even if you mean well. As Oskar has already said, please seek professional advice.
