Can Decapeptyl prevent implantation

    I need your swarm knowledge:

    I had a natural cycle transfer yesterday. I triggered last week with Ovitrelle, and I have also been taking 2*400mg Utrogest vaginally since last week. And I took antibiotics for 10 days from cycle day 1. According to the treatment plan, I should not inject Decapeptyl.

    The last 2 transfers (both negative) were also in the natural cycle. However, I did inject Decapeptyl during these transfers on TF +1.

    When I mentioned yesterday that I had always injected Decapeptyl on TF+1, the coordinator was totally shocked and said that this would prevent implantation in the natural cycle.

    Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything about this on the internet. What are your experiences on this?

    I have never seen this protocol for a transfer in a natural cycle. :|
    It is true that in some cases decapeptyl is used as a luteal phase booster to improve the chances of pregnancy. However, this is usually done after ovarian stimulation with decapeptyl trigger, as there is a risk of overstimulation, and to increase the chances of implantation, it is used in the luteal phase. With vitrification of the embryo, however, this has become practically superfluous.
    It does not interfere with implantation. Its main effect is to block the release of LH and maintain a stable hormonal environment. However, if used in high doses or without adequate hormonal support (such as progesterone), it could affect the receptivity of the uterine lining (but this is not the case as she is taking Utrogest).
    I hope that you have received further information from your clinic so that they can explain why they have given you the drug during your recent transfers.
