I'm sorry it didn't work out! I agree: nothing else was suggested for us either. I think it makes sense to clarify the plasma cells. This was not recommended to us by DK, but it was recommended by German Kiwu clinics. But since a negative transfer is not super unusual, I think it is because something is not necessarily changed directly.

    Hello Ninusch84,

If it was your first negative transfer, nothing needs to be changed yet. It always depends on the embryo and it may not be genetically correct, even with a perfectly developed blastocyst.

What tests have you already undergone?

Lene1980, I had a hysteroscopy beforehand, but actually only as part of the "normal" fertility treatment. At that time, it was not yet clear that I was in the premature menopause. Did you have any examinations beforehand or between the 1st and 2nd transfer? Or things that you tried out for yourself?

I was just thinking about taking OmniBiotic before the next transfer in addition to the plasma cell analysis and possibly lactic acid bacteria as suppositories, although I'm not sure how useful that is... I had read about it and thought to myself that you can't really go wrong with that.

    Hello Nes,

I had a uterine endoscopy in April and had the plasma and killer cells tested as part of the procedure. Everything was normal. The uterus was also clear, except for the already known adenomyosis.
I also had my thyroid checked again by my endocrinologist, and everything was fine here too. The same goes for the blood count.

I've been on the KIWU journey for 15 years now. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis by chance. I have no symptoms although I have a severe form. Everything else is fine. Adenomyosis makes this journey incredibly difficult and for me downregulation was the key to success 🥰❤️🙏.

the new clinic then sent me into artificial menopause for 2 months due to the endo and adenomyosis. We then stimulated exclusively with estrofem and later added 2x400 mg utrogest. So far less medication than in the old clinic 🙏. I have been taking various supplements for many years. Especially since KIWU, high doses of omega 3 and folic acid. I also take Q10, selenium, zinc, magnesium and OPC.

Somehow the 2nd transfer happened on the side. It was planned for 8.8. but my uterus had other plans and was already 11 mm after 9 days of estrofem. So the transfer was scheduled for August 1st.

Don't be discouraged and above all don't give up. The journey is not over yet. Don't let yourself go crazy. Don't google too much. Trust your body 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻.

And most importantly, it always depends on the embryo.

    Dear Lene1980,

Thank you for your encouragement and sharing! And: If I haven't completely misunderstood, a cautious CONGRATULATIONS that it has now worked 😊?

Nothing really came out of my scan except that "latent endomitritis cannot be ruled out" due to borderline elevated CD138-positive cells and the same for CD56. However, only my local Kiwu clinic had recommended that they could have a look, so similar to you. The clinic in Spain and also the doctor who carried out the scan saw no need for action.

That's definitely true - I'm banning myself from Google for the next attempt at the latest 😄. I somehow feel a bit helpless, I think. And you're afraid of missing an important examination/clarification.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes well 😊🍀🍀🍀🍀
