I was at 20+4 today for a fine diagnosis and the doctor said that the risk can be reduced by 80% if you take ASA 100 or the latest recommendations are ASA 150 in good time. After the 16th week of pregnancy, it no longer makes sense to take it.
I myself have been taking Asperin 100 since day 1 in the transfer cycle ... and he looked today, I have no makers that indicate P.!
Now of course you are still young, but if I am correctly informed, you generally have a higher risk of P. with the EZS!

I was 33 with my first pregnancy after EZS and also took ASA 100 from week 12 to 32. The clinic recommended it and my gynaecologist was also in favor of it because of the increased risk of pre-eclampsia. The markers in the examination were also all unremarkable (= low risk), but better safe than sorry and the ASA didn't do any harm either.

Did you all take ASA after an ECS to reduce the risk of pre-eclampsia? Or are there women among you who did not take it?

I took 100 for the first 3 EZS transfers (started before the TF), and 150 for the last one because the other clinic didn't do it. It was my doctor who prescribed ASA after the heartbeat was detected. I am currently in the 33rd week of pregnancy and have to take ASA for another 2 weeks.
The risk of pre-eclampsia is higher with EZS, even if you are over 35 and otherwise have SS diabetes or high blood pressure.
I also took Aspitin 100. It was recommended to me to reduce the risk of placental insufficiency.
