Pre-implantation diagnostics

As things stand at the moment, PGD is not possible for us in Germany, as the application to the ethics committee will probably not be approved, as my husband's disease is classified as a variant of unclear significance. We would therefore like to find out about the possibilities abroad. Is PGD for a hereditary disease possible abroad or in which countries is the legal situation not so restrictive? Is it also possible to use sexed sperm abroad (e.g. only male sperm)?

Regarding PGD: Yes, this is easily possible in the Czech Republic or Spain.

Regarding sperm: As far as we know, this is only possible in countries with gender selection, e.g. Northern Cyprus. However, we are not 100% sure about this.
