    Could you tell me which values of HCG in the blood are normal in the unit ng/mL in gestational week 10+0? Or whether the value is meaningful without an ultrasound?

    The HCG value is particularly important directly after the transfer. Once a pregnancy has been confirmed by ultrasound, the pregnancy should be checked by ultrasound.
