HCG flushing

    We are about to have our last (8th) ICSI with our own eggs. As there was only one biochemical SS, we are considering doing the HCG flush this time. We are also doing EmbryoGlue and ZyMot. I have problems with killer cells and Hashimoto's and will be given prednisolone and ASS100 for the first time. Do you have any experience with HCG flushing?

    There is good data on the use of HCG in the right context.

    Regarding your previous question about Synarela, unfortunately I can't say much about it. However, I find it difficult to imagine that something like this can have drug-related consequences.

    I have another question:

    You say HCG flushing is good in the right context. Which one would that be?

    How much prednisolin do they usually start with in their clinic and at what point? Here the clinic says 10mg from the first day of the cycle. The external immunologist says 5mg 10 days before transfer.

    There are many indications for HCG flushing.

    Unfortunately, I can explain them all here. It depends on the previous findings.

    We usually start prednisolone together with progesterone. The dosage depends on many factors. If it is only given on a trial basis, we only start with 5 mg.
