    Hello everyone,

Who has had HCG injections for support and can report positive experiences, as well as with the support of Intralipid infusions?

After two attempts, I unfortunately only had a biochemical SS. The accompanying doctor now advises a hysteroscopy to check for killer and plasma cells.

Another idea we have discussed is the administration of HCG and Intralipid.

Perhaps someone would like to tell me about positive results with changes in the treatment protocol.

    I would be very pleased.

    Thank you very much Tascha0205

    Dear Tascha0205,

I've asked myself the same question. There are probably a few things that you can take to support implantation, but they have not been scientifically proven. These include HCG, prednisolone, magnesium, ASA and certainly a few others. We almost all take Ace for prelaempsia. Prednisolone can also cause side effects, so perhaps be a little careful there. But HCG - I guess - is pretty harmless, but they didn't want to give it to me either. I didn't understand that either... Magnesium can calm possible contractions, if such contractions are really detected, then you even give contraceptives, I read somewhere.

I'm just as desperate as you 🥴... I hope that I can have my hysteroscopy next week. Funnily enough, I was always pregnant afterwards when it was still natural, had one in 2016 and 2019. This is probably observed more frequently, but is also not scientifically proven...

    I'll write more later....

    Hello Oskar,

Yes, you're right. ASA and Clexane are in the treatment plan anyway. Like you, I am currently working through many things, including a hysteroscopy.

Even getting this in Germany, with the desired values, is a stumbling block, as you have to pay for the examination yourself. That's not even what bothers me, but the feeling of having to go back to the clinics for the "most natural wish" in the world and sometimes getting critical looks when you talk about wanting to have children at an older age.

The doctor would not refuse to support me with HCG, not even with Intralipid, but first recommends clarifying the killer and plasma cells.

I thought it would be so much easier, I thought that if the egg was young, it would work.

In the meantime I realize how naïve and overconfident I am in the treatment.

Nevertheless, I want to fight as long as there are still chances and trust that I will be allowed to become a mom again. Best wishes Tascha0205

It's nice to share your experiences - the exchange here helps me immensely and only the best to all mums-to-be and thank you for your stories.

    Dear ones,

Please have your vitamin D level checked and take something that quickly replenishes your stores. I had a level of about 60, 30 is the minimum (I don't know the units at the moment).

Omega 3 is also said to be good.

    Best regards,

    Do

I'm topping up my vitamin D, but it might make sense to check again where the level is.

I have started with Omega 3.

    Thank you dir🙋🏻‍♀️😊

    Dear Tascha0205,

the train was there yesterday, should get off....

Well, the hyssteroscopy helped me get pregnant twice, but I lost all my children at about 10 weeks. At the time I was told that it was due to my old eggs... But slowly I no longer believe that this was the only reason...

I can imagine that it wasn't good that I built up the uterine lining without a previous cycle / without bleeding. In December, my lining naturally built up to 7 mm. I was then given Duphaston for bleeding, but the lining degenerated without bleeding. That was really strange and this degenerated mucosa was followed directly by the first transfer cycle. From March to April I didn't have a cycle again, so the mucosa was virtually unprotected and then the second transfer was done, again without bleeding. As the bleeding also has a cleansing effect, I don't think that was a good thing...

Lalelu22: My vitamin level is 37. Is that enough?

    Best wishes!

    Your Oskar

    Dear Tascha0205,

have you read my treat "Implantation failure" in the expert form. There I share an article.... I thought it made sense...

I was always told the opposite by the clinics "the uterus can get pregnant until old age, you just have to give artificial hormones". Since so many women have difficulties here, I no longer believe that it's that simple....

    Dear Oskar,

37 is quite good I think.... I was always told that 30 is the minimum and I had been taking a high dose tablet every 2 weeks for the last few months.

The vigantolettes didn't really change anything for me. I'm now taking them during pregnancy to keep my levels up.

    Kind regards

    Thank you Lalelu22😊

Tascha0205 I went to my gynecologist today. My endometrium was already at 11mm at Zt12 today, in the cycles before it was about 8-9mm at ZT15.

I am now doing the EndomeTrioTest on Monday, but if the endometrium grows so differently from cycle to cycle, I am really skeptical whether it will help...

I'm so frustrated right now, my gynecologist wouldn't give me an appointment on Friday because of the holiday on Thursday, the office was probably overcrowded. And now on Monday my endometrium is actually already too thick for the Era-test... This can't be true...

Oh gosh, Oskar, that's really frustrating......could your examination be done now? It's just exasperating.... totally understand you.

I will read your report! And yes, unfortunately I don't think it's as easy as it's made out to be.

Have you seen the webinar suggestion? Maybe that would be something to keep our courage up?

    Dear Tascha0205,

Thank you for your words! I hardly slept tonight because I was so upset about my gynecologist's office.

My report is a bit full of frustration, but the thoughts are the result of a long Whitsun weekend, during which I did a lot of research.

I think the suggestion for you from Clinica Tambre "hysteroscopy" makes sense and with a bit of skill the health insurance will pay for it.

As I said, I'm doing the EndomeTrioTest, although I'm not entirely convinced. However, as my last blasto is day 6 and my clinic doctor thinks the test makes sense, I'm doing it. The biopsy alone can have a positive effect.

    Have to work 😉

Webinar...I don't know at the moment whether it's good for me on Friday evening at 8pm, or whether it wouldn't be better to drive into the forest after work...I'm definitely too busy with "ideal endometrial thickness" etc.... I will decide spontaneously!

    Dear Oskar,

I understand you completely and can empathize with your emotions so well....also your anger at the practice.

But I would also use every stalk, who knows, maybe luck will kiss you through this.

I registered once. And of course you should listen to yourself and find out what is good for you personally and strengthens you..... I also like to get lost in this too much.

    It's completely individual for everyone.

I have a preliminary consultation for the hysteroscopy on 20.06., but unfortunately the procedure is still ongoing. I would have liked to have it next week.

But what you want and what is feasible are two different things...😩

Have a good time at work, follow what moves you forward personally!!!
