I am on my way to Cefer or Vida Fertility for double donation or embryo adoption. I found the communication at Cefer good and direct and the doctor had a suitable embryo in mind. Somehow, however, I can't find anything about Cefer. Does anyone have any experience with the clinic and if so, what kind? Thank you very much!

Winterkind We only know the German doctor at Cefer (Dr. Nitzschke), very nice and very competent. Is Spain the only option for you?

Yes, I'm alone, which means that a few others have already dropped out, and Spain also seems to have good standards. In general, of course, another country would also be conceivable. I also had contact with Dr. Nitzschke and found him very positive. Do you have any treatment experience there?

We met Dr. Nitzschke 2 years ago in Barcelona and talked a lot when he was still at another clinic. We think he's really great, likeable and competent.
Would Denmark be an alternative for you? A double donation is very easy in Denmark and is often carried out.
We were there a few weeks ago to look at clinics. You can watch videos of almost 40 fertility clinics from Denmark, Poland, Spain and the Czech Republic in the members' area at http://www.eizellspende.de

My communication with Vida Fertility was disastrous. They don't reply for 3 months and then act like nothing happened.
I only had one online consultation with them, the doctor spoke very poor German and didn't even understand me, his report afterwards was just incorrect. All he did was try to sell me more expensive EndomeTrio tests.
I never contacted them again.

January - February 2024, after that there was just silence despite numerous requests, then they got in touch. But I've already been to the other clinic. I'm not going to wait 4 months for an answer.

Of course you're right, that's not possible

Hi everyone,
I'm also considering Vida (and Tambre) for my treatment. I still don't have a precise diagnosis but it takes too long here to get answers and I think we'll get our tests done this summer when visiting Madrid. But we don't wnat to do them twice and chose one clinic before. So far both clinic answered super fast. I have a slight preference so far for Vida because of my call with the coordinator who was really lovely. And when I asked to switch to English (still not super fluent in German sorry ^^) there was no issue. Any other experience? or advice? I'm sooo lost in this. Thanks Claire

Dear Claire,
I only have experience with MiniFiv in Madrid. They offer light stimulation, and it worked well for me (twice, currently). However, I’m not sure of their level of English, but I’m sure they’ll make themselves understood.
For us, it was also a matter of pricing, Tambre seemed really expensive.
You might wanna give MiniFiv a call, and see what your gut feeling is.In general, I would go with your gut!!
If you have any other questions, our doubts, just ask!
Cheers! -
Hi Lalelu22,
Wow, thanks for sharing, this is my first time on forums and that's nice to feel supported. MiniFiv is in Madrid? as we plan to go there in a few weeks, I could give them a call.
Exactly, Tambre is more expensive but also super experimented.... I don't know. Vida's prices are more affordable... I don't know... The thing is I don't have money for more than one cycle and it's so much pressure. I haven't even started and only chosing the right clinic is giving me a headache...
