I have no problems at all with the SH build-up and was always over 10mm, which is really perfect. (3xtägl2mgEstrifam at 45kg)

But I'm really lucky and an absolutely positive example. A lot of people here have problems with it and are happy to get over 7mm ...

But 3.5mm is nothing. No TF is made with it either.

How old are you? What do you weigh?

My coordinator once said that it becomes more difficult after 40.

What else are you doing? Are you taking ASA? That helps with blood flow to the mucous membrane. I also drank pomegranate juice (Dm). I went for a lot of walks to improve circulation. Eating healthily, little sugar should help.

When was your last period? If it's been a long time since your last period, trial cycles 2-3 can help. Sometimes the body needs to shed, build up, shed,.... to form new blood vessels.

Thanks for your reply Fliege So was your SH already perfect on day 10?

I've just turned 37 and weigh 52kg - my clinic replied last night and dose will be increased to 2x 4mg daily plus 3mg gel. Then check again in 1 week. There are probably women who simply need longer, e.g. sometimes 3-4 weeks to build up. It still makes me very insecure, because it also happens that you have to stop.

I've been on HRT for 8 months, so I've already had build-up and break-down due to artificial cycles.

I go for a long walk every day and also do a lot of yoga/stretching. I optimized my diet and replenished my micronutrients months ago, my blood levels of vitamins, iron, zinc, folate, selenium, iodine, etc. are all top. I take L-thyroxine because of hypothyroidism.

Hm, everything is very similar to me. I also take SD medication, for example, and I'm 36.

Have you been under stress? An infection? The body doesn't always work equally well. Especially because you say it was better before. Maybe it will still work this week. Otherwise maybe in the next cycle.

I would still get some pomegranate juice. You can get it from Rabenhorst or dmbio. 1 glass a day. It doesn't taste good, but according to the internet it helps girls with SH problems.

I wish you good luck 🍀

Which clinic did you choose again?

    Quote from Nini

If successful on day 24 (or day 21 after starting oestrogen intake). Oestrogen patch.

The current one: ZT 21 or day 19 after the start of oestrogen intake. Oestrogen tablets.

August 2023: ZT 25 (day 22). Oestrogen patch

December 2023: ZT 21 (DAY 19). Oestrogen patch

    July 2025: day 22 (20). Oestrogen tablets

I recently answered a similar question, see above. Mucosal build-up is then the numbers minus 6, whereby the US, in which the mucosal thickness was sufficient, was often two days earlier, but it was better to start progesterone two days later due to weekends etc.. So on average about 11-14 days of oestrogen intake. But I never had any problems with this. It can certainly take longer.

    Thank you both Fliege  Nini.

I have no stress - apart from this current issue. Which is enough stress, if we're honest. ;) No infection either. I'll start with the pomegranate juice now.

I'm just hoping that it will just take longer for me and remain confident for now. We're with Freya in DK and it's about EZS.

No, that's not what I meant. I'm only TF+3. This is the injection, I'm breaking down HCG incredibly slowly... It's driving me crazy.

Ah, sorry, I somehow thought you had injected again and the TF was a long time ago. Just keep hoping with you.

    Tf+8 and I tested positive!

The line is very, very light, but gives hope ❤️

I can't believe it at all. With an early C Blasto..... if you search the internet you can hardly find any successes... if all goes well, I'll have to post a lot to encourage others....... but for now I hope it stays 🙏

I went to the BT yesterday at TF+10 and the reading was 162, which is totally ok :)

I'm going back tomorrow to see the increase.

But I'm really scared of a diaper egg because of the C classification of the embryo....

I got to heartbeat with Tf+100. Unfortunately the HCG says little about whether the pregnancy will be successful in the end.

    I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
